Since 1989, Dr. Heimeier & Partner has been a member of IMD International Search and Consulting, a network of over 150 personnel consultants in over 40 business locations in 20 countries. Thanks to this, we are able to offer our clients our usual high standards of quality for filling management positions worldwide.
The IMD network was set up in 1972 as a cooperative association made up of firms which were leading companies in their region.The quality standards of the IMD are high and in extreme cases this means that partners who fail to achieve these standards must leave the network. The Code of Conduct agreed on by all the partners obliges us to observe professional standards and ethics. Membership of the IMD International Search network is thus an indication of quality and international operation.
